Yesterday was our first wedding of 2009, and it really couldn’t have been better. Jo & Jason were married at the Shireburn Arms Hotel (http://www.shireburnarmshotel.com) in Hurst Green near Clitheroe. Jo looked absolutely stunning in a white & black fishtail dress, with 4 beautiful bridesmaids wearing black dresses with a hint of pale blue. A lovely ceremony was followed by laughter as Jo & Jason walked back down the aisle to the theme from Ski Sunday (it comes as no surprise to know they are off skiing for their honeymoon!). Despite a bitterly cold and windy day, we managed to grab some pictures outside and everyone has to be commended for braving the weather. Everyone soon warmed up when it came time for the evening entertainment in the form of a Ceildah. Thanks Jo & Jason for inviting us to share your special day, here are some of the images!

Today we spent the afternoon at Darlington to Photograph lovely little Jacob. Despite being only 18 months old he was a joy to photograph, particularly when showing off his favourite toys. Here are a few of our favourite images from the session.

This afternoon was spent with Sarah & Dan and their adorable little boy Alfie who is just one year old. Alfie was a delight to photograph and not at all camera shy, especially when he was playing with his toys. Here are some images from the session.

We spent a very cold Sunday morning with Alice & Matthew and their lovely children George and Penelope in Jesmond Dene. As you will see from the images below, Penelope was a photographer’s dream and smiled throughout the session despite the freezing conditions!
